On 5 November, we will hold our annual flu vaccination session at the Noorderkerk. Patients who are eligible for the flu vaccine will receive an invitation by email or, if we do not have an email address on file, by post.
Would you like to receive a flu vaccine at your own request? Please leave a voicemail at our practice, and we will add you to the waiting list. If any vaccines remain after all invited patients have been vaccinated, we will contact you with an invitation to receive your flu shot. The cost is €25.
