What will change for you?
The reception is closed. You can contact us by telephone or online. We will also be working with Viduet on chronic conditions (diabetes, cardiovascular disease).
What will you notice?
- From now on, you will log in to the patient portal using DigiD.
- Your old login username and password are no longer valid.
- Don't have a DigiD yet? Apply for your personal DigiD.
- Children under the age of 16 cannot use DigiD: please ask the practice for a new username and password.
What can you do on our website?
- Book a call-back appointment with your GP.
- View your test results and medical records.
- Ask a question.
- Take the medication again.
Would you prefer to call?
When you call, you will hear a menu of options:
- You can arrange a call-back appointment with your GP
- You can leave a message for the assistant. The assistant will call you back or reply by text message.
- In an emergency, please dial 0.
